ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
On your arrival day, the apartments will be ready at 14:00. In case you arrive after 18:00 we would appreciate if you could inform us accordingly.

On your day of departure we would kindly ask you to leave the apartment until 09:30.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations are just valid if received in written form.

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the completed booking FREE of charge up to 40 days before arrival,

in case of cancellation 39-15 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained,

if canceled 14-0 days before arrival, 70% of the booking costs are due.

In case of delayed arrival or early departure the booked days will be charged in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Regulations.

Refund of the deposit due to cancellations which do not fall in our responsibility (lack of snow, bad weather conditions) cannot be refunded.

In case of delayed arrival or early departure of already booked stays, the whole amount will be charged, or charged on the landlords own discretion.

BOOKING INFORMATION: Please note that the apartments are booked for the number of people indicate during your initial booking. Additional persons can just be booked via email or phone and will be charged at an extra cost.

RESERVATION / DEPOSIT: The reservation will be valid only after the receipt of the first payment and your full address (incl. phone number).

PAYMENT METHODS: Please note that we only take cash or you can pay on time via bank transfer (at least 2 days before departure);

We do not accept credit or EC-cards !!

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Keep in mind that unexpected events might lead to the cancellation of your holidays. Make sure to obtain cancellation insurance with the “Europäische Reiseversicherung” beforehand. Further information can be found here.
